The project was carried out using a mixed construction method. The basement and ground floor were built using highly insulated solid construction, while the upper floor was constructed using timber.
The facades were largely designed in a conventional style, with white plaster and large glazed areas. The upper floor was clad with wooden slats, into which shading elements (Raffstore) were integrated.
The flat roofs were covered with extensive green roofs, blending well with the surroundings. The entire building was constructed as a passive house, and therefore does not require conventional heating.

Il progetto è stato realizzato con un metodo di costruzione misto. Il seminterrato e il piano terra sono stati costruiti con una struttura solida altamente isolata, mentre il piano superiore è stato realizzato in legno.
Le facciate sono state progettate in gran parte in stile convenzionale, con intonaco bianco e ampie superfici vetrate. Il piano superiore è stato rivestito con doghe di legno, in cui sono stati integrati elementi ombreggianti (Raffstore).
I tetti piani sono stati coperti con tetti verdi estensivi, che si integrano bene con l'ambiente circostante. L'intero edificio è stato costruito come una casa passiva e quindi non necessita di riscaldamento convenzionale.
